Our clubhouse is a unique, gracious and comfortable venue in which to entertain. We have many distinctive rooms that may be used to accommodate the type of gathering you are planning. Our outdoor gardens, grounds and Wyatt Terrace are lovely and may be utilized for events.
Our Catering Director, Mary Kate Peltz, will guide you through the planning stages of your event and will gladly assist you with the smallest details to ensure an outstanding experience. We have an excellent banquet menu, but if you wish, our Executive Chef will work with you to create an individually designed menu. Our professional staff is ready to attend to your needs in order to provide the highest quality of service.

Gold Room
Capacity 15 (Seated 10)
Well suited for small business meetings or cocktail parties.
Garden Room
Capacity 24 (seated 16)
Well suited for small cocktail parties, luncheons, dinners, teas, business meetings and gift openings.
Library
Capacity 30 (seated 24)
Well suited for luncheons, teas, meetings and dinner parties.
Winningham Room
Capacity 80 (seated 70)
This room is well suited for cocktail and tea parties, gift openings, seminars and meetings.
Van Dusen Room
50 (seated 40)
This room is well suited for showers, birthday parties, anniversaries and other smaller events.
Winningham & Van Dusen Rooms
Capacity 140 (seated 90)
These two rooms may be used together to accommodate larger groups.
There is no food minimum required when using another area of the Club.
Georgian Room
Capacity 80 (seated 70)
Well suited for large luncheon and dinner parties as well as seminars and meetings.
Georgian & New Rooms
Capacity 150 (seated 100)
These two rooms may be used together to accommodate larger groups for luncheon or dinner parties.
Main Dining Room
Capacity 250 (seated 210/190 with 18'x18' dance floor)
The Main Dining Room is best suited for large luncheons and dinners.
Clubhouse
Capacity 250
The entire Club may be reserved for exclusive use on Mondays and Saturdays and may also be reserved on Tuesday and Sunday evenings after 5:00 p.m.
Cottage
Capacity 80
The Cottage is ideal for business meetings, teas, children's birthday parties and card parties. A limited Cottage menu is available…weather permitting.

The Village Club is a private city club which offers fine dining, cultural, educational, social and philanthropic opportunities. Individuals are sponsored for membership based on letters of recommendation and endorsement from current members. Formed in 1956, the Village Club has occupied its current location at 190 East Long Lake Road (just east of Woodward Ave.) in Bloomfield Hills since 1962.
